Alkali-Silica Reactivity (ASR) Development and Deployment Program

Background:

SAFETEA-LU Section 5203 (e) established funding for furthering the development and deployment of techniques to prevent and mitigate alkali silica reactivity. Funding was provided for $10 million over four years.
