If you cannot find answers to your FHWA TNM questions from the FAQs, you can contact the FHWA TNM Tech Support team at support@trafficnoisemodel.org. To expedite the process, please include your FHWA TNM registration number in the email.

The technical support is funded by a portion of the sales of the FHWA TNM, where there was a cost associated with Version 1.0 (included free upgrades to 1.0a, 1.0b, and 1.1) and Version 2.0 (included free upgrades to 2.1 and 2.5). Information acquired during FHWA TNM technical support phone calls and e-mails contributed to past GUI enhancements and bug fixes for the model and are currently being used to chart future FHWA TNM development.
