Today's news: DOL Introduces the Latest Compliance Assistance Partner

DOL signed an agreement this week with the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) to work together to promote greater awareness of and compliance with DOL's employment laws among NFIB members.

The partnership was established through DOL's new Partnerships for Compliance Assistance Program (PCAP). As a partner, NFIB will help DOL inform NFIB members about compliance assistance resources available to assist them in fulfilling their responsibilities under federal employment laws that DOL administers.
