Today's news: DOL Introduces the Latest Compliance Assistance Partners

DOL has signed agreements with the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR) to work together to promote greater awareness of and compliance with DOL's employment laws among MBA and ANCOR members.

The partnerships were established through DOL's new Partnerships for Compliance Assistance Program (PCAP). As partners, MBA and ANCOR will help DOL educate their members about compliance assistance resources available to assist them in fulfilling their responsibilities under federal employment laws that DOL administers.
