The Department of Labor (DOL) is pleased to announce a new elaws Advisor now
available at
www.dol.gov/elaws. The new Advisor, the Health Benefits Advisor for
Employers, is designed to help employers understand their responsibilities in
operating group health plans, and provide assistance in complying with the
federal laws applicable to those plans. The Employee Benefits Security
Administration’s news release on the Advisor can be found at:
