There is a good chance that you can find others in your situation within our community. Join our bulletin boards or listserv to meet others. If there is a particular topic that you wish to discuss, you can post your own message. If you are looking for a face-to-face support group check our local meetings list to see if there is a group established in your area, or to contact others who might be interested in starting one. We also encourage you to reach out to others through our moderated chats. We offer scheduled chats tailored to meet the specific needs of our community. You will meet some incredibly knowledgeable and supportive women along your journey.

The International Premature Ovarian Failure Association, Inc. (IPOFA) is a nonprofit, 501(c)3, international organization whose mission is to provide community, support and information to women with Premature Ovarian Failure (POF) and their loved ones; to increase public awareness and understanding of POF; and to work with health care professionals to better understand this condition.
