Established in 1998 by the National Toxicology Program (NTP) and the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), the Center 's mission include the following: to provide timely and unbiased, scientifically sound assessments of reproductive health hazards associated with human exposures to naturally occurring and man-made substances; to make these assessments readily available to the public, to state and federal agencies, and to the scientific community; and to build an electronic resource information of public interest concerning human development and reproductive health.
