FedBizOpps Notice: Revised Guidelines Ceilings for Work ClothingOn August 14, 2008, Federal Prison Industries’ (FPI) Board of Directors (the Board) revised FPI’s authorized sales ceilings for work clothing from $59m to $65.1m.
The Board authorized the higher ceiling based on inflation increases over the past three years. FPI has not implemented inflation adjustments to the ceiling since FY 2003. This action will not have an adverse impact on the private sector.
