On Wednesday, January 21, 2009, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar will assume his position as head of the Department of the Interior, the nation's largest land and wildlife conservation agency. He is expected to arrive at the C Street Entrance of the Headquarters Building at about 10 a.m. where representatives of the Department's acting leadership team and headquarters' employees will welcome him in the lobby. He will make brief remarks.
