The Fashion Show paired America's top designers with 20 "Women with Heart", including (from left to right) Daisy Fuentes for Pamella Roland, Vivica A. Fox for Jenny Packham, Hilary Duff for Donna Karan, and Lynda Carter for Carolina Herrera.

CANTON, OH, November 2008-May 2009, In its third national showing, The Heart Truth's First Ladies Red Dress Collection is featured at the National First Ladies' Library as the centerpiece of the Library's "Caring Hearts: The Health of a Nation" exhibit.

In the Spring of 2008, The Heart Truth Road Show had its largest tour to date, stopping at 10 cities across the US, bringing free screenings, the Red Dress display, and educational materials to women who remain under-informed about heart disease. The cities included: Minneapolis, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Birmingham, Charleston, Houston, Dallas, and West Palm Beach.

One in four women dies from heart disease. It's the #1 killer of women, regardless of race or ethnicity. It also strikes at younger ages than most people think, and the risk rises in middle age. And, two-thirds of women who have heart attacks never fully recover.
