Potential Firewall Issues!

Many agencies have in place stringent firewalls to protect us from potential hackers. The PEPS applications you are trying to access actually run on a Citrix server, and an ICA protocol is used to transfer keyboard, mouse, and screen updates. If you experience problems trying to access PEPS Remote once the software has been installed and set up, it is strongly advised that you contact your local network support staff to have the following changes made to your network to allow access to the Citrix server through your networks firewall:

  • Port Number 1494
  • IP Address 198.77.163.179
  • IP Address 198.77.163.183

Are you having problems with printing?

The Citrix Software will support a number of printers. The following document contains a detailed listing of all printers currently supported by Citrix. This document was created in Microsoft Excel.
