This is a CPSC Staff DRAFT Final Report issued on October 19, 2006, which was developed as part of collaberative effort with the staff of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which simultaneously issued a report on the same topic, Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Coatings in Reducing Dislodgeable Arsenic, Chromium, and Copper from CCA Treated Wood. Both of these documents are part of an EPA docket. Comments to this docket can be made by going to www.regulations.gov, choosing the "All Documents" radio button, choosing "Environmental Protection Agency" from the Agency drop-down box, putting "HQ-OPP-2006-0693" (without the quotes) in the "Keyword or ID" box (keeping all other defaults), and clicking "Submit". The appendices for the EPA report can be found here as well.
