Handling Workplace Conflicts

Ever had a conflict with a co-worker?   Watch as a conflict arises and is settled between a program director and a field supervisor. Learn how to apply a terrific (TRFC) acronym towards resolving workplace conflicts. Learn to identify four levels of conflict communication, be given the opportunity to apply skills to resolve conflicts and develop strategies that you can use when conflicts arise. You can complete the training during one sitting (60 minutes) or view a section when you have the time.
