One-count information was filed in U.S. District Court in
Columbia, South Carolina, charging Land-O-Sun Dairies,
Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Johnson
City, Tennessee, with rigging bids, in violation of
Section 1 of the Sherman Act, submitted to various South
Carolina school districts for the award and performance
of contracts to supply dairy products to public schools
in those districts from 1985 through August 1988.

Virginia for the award and performance of contracts to
supply dairy products to public schools in various school
districts in the commonwealth, beginning at least as
early as 1985 and continuing at least through August
1987.
