3/24/92 U.S. v. Jerry E. Dempsey, Sr.
Criminal No.: 4:92-CR-05-01-HLM (N.D. Ga.)

One-count information was filed in U.S. District Court in Rome, Georgia, charging Jerry E. Dempsey, Sr. of Rome, Georgia, former vice president of Dempsey Brothers Dairies, Inc., with conspiring to rig bids, in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, for the award and performance of contracts to supply dairy products to public schools in various school districts in Georgia, beginning at least as early as 1985 and continuing at least through June 1988.

3/24/92 U.S. v. Jonathan E. Rider
Criminal No.: 92-10094-Y (D. Mass.)

One-count information was filed in U.S. District Court in Boston, Massachusetts, charging Jonathan E. Rider of Essex, Massachusetts, with collusive bidding, in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, for the purchase of antiques at the Harbour Court public auction in Newport, Rhode Island on September 30 and October 1, 1987.
