Center for Policy Implementation and Customer Liaison

The Center for Policy Implementation and Customer Liaison performs the following activities:

  • Provides vision, leadership, and expertise in communicating the internal and external policies that impact customer agencies and stakeholders
  • Responsible for the collaborative nature of the office, in coordinating all interagency committee meetings, educational forums, best practices innovation awards programs and conferences
  • Responds to all external and internal inquiries into the office and responsible for publications to disseminate information pertaining to travel entitlements, security initiatives, and changes in policies or guidelines for all major program areas
