Center for Performance and Strategic Planning

The Center for Performance and Strategic Planning performs the following activities:

• Coordinates with policy experts during policy formulation in determining the performance impact on GSA Services and customer agencies
• Develops performance measurements internal to the office for measuring effectiveness of policy development
• Establishes, collects results and reports on the impact of policy development within the federal agencies
• Measures the outcome of agency performance as a result of policy development and implementation
• Reports on agency compliance with established policies and performance measurements for such
