Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. eastern time on Thursday, September 27, 2007, via electronic submission through Grants.gov.

Registration with Grants.gov is required before an application can be submitted. The registration process can take several weeks, so applicants should register as early as possible.

The appendices are available to provide additional program guidance to assist applicants in completing their FY 2008 Weed and Seed Competitive application and to inform the programmatic activities of the site.
