517 E. Wisconsin Avenue
Milwaukee, WI 53202

Representing one of the final stanchions of Romanesque Revival architecture in the Midwest, the Milwaukee Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse currently houses both a U.S. District and U.S. Bankruptcy court and remains an exquisite example of Richardsonian Style. It was designated as an Energy Star® building in 2000.

The latest Customer Satisfaction Survey, administered in spring 2006, indicated that 88% of the tenants are "very satisfied" with both the Milwaukee U.S. Courthouse and GSA services.
