Apr 22	OFCCP-Construction Compliance Assistance Seminar, Edison, NJ. The Office Mountainside District Office will conduct a construction compliance assistance seminar for all federal and federally assisted construction contractors in New Jersey. The seminar will provide information regulatory requirements enforced by the OFCCP; as well as the Wage & Hour Division; Office of Apprenticeship; NJ Department of Transportation; and NJ State One-Stop Centers.
Apr 22	OFCCP-Construction Seminar for Metro Area Locals & District Councils, New York, NY. The OFCCP Regional Office will be conducting a construction compliance assistance seminar for Metropolitan Area Union Locals and District Councils. The seminar will provide an overview of the OFCCP regulations with a focus on the regulations governing federally and federally assisted construction contractors.
