GSA will soon have an undetermined amount of vacant space in the Robert Denney Federal Building. This property, constructed in 1974, is a five-story steel structure with exterior finishes of white terrazzo panels on the ground level and cut limestone on the upper levels. A parking garage for the building is located across the street.
Hannibal Federal Building , 801 Broadway, Hannibal, Mo.
More than 7,500 square feet of space is available at competitive rates for a fully serviced lease, which includes cleaning, maintenance and utilities.
