Police fear tipping off Zinkhan

Former University of Georgia marketing professor and accused triple-murderer George M. Zinkhan III could be monitoring news accounts of a national manhunt to stay ahead of authorities, an Athens-Clarke police official said Thursday.

Students flowed in and out of Emily Hawhee's clinic at Oglethorpe Avenue Elementary School this week with the usual bumps, bruises and stomachaches. One student, a fifth-grader, complained of indigestion, while another suffered a fracture.
