TomchekDirector, Human Resources SUBJECT: Status of DOJ-wide Implementation of Performance Work Plans for Bargaining Unit Employees We have made major strides in implementing the performance work plans for our senior staff and for most of our GS/WG employees. Again, I thank you for your efforts. In this last implementation phase, we need to know the status of the labor management interactions for your employees who are covered by a bargaining unit. I am requesting that each of you send to me by February 11, 2005, a short memorandum explaining your progress during this phase. Please state the efforts that are underway, the expected completion date, and any obstacles that you might be facing. Also, note if you have any bargaining unit employees who are already on the new cascading performance work plans. If you have any questions, please contact Sheila D.
