RRM Module: Staff Health

Overview
The RRM Staff Health staffing module estimates the requirements for registered nurses to provide staff health services. The workload parameter that is the key variable in the staffing estimation is total facility staff.

Services Description:
The Staff Health group performs routine health examinations and treatment on the Hospital and Health Center staff.

Staffing Criteria:
0.33 FTEs Registered Nurse for every 100 facility staff.

0.25 FTEs Clerical Support for every 100 facility staff.
