Federally Conducted Programs

Additionally, the Federal Government is held to the principles of nondiscrimination in its Federally conducted programs as apply to federally assisted programs or activities, under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Executive Orders below:
