Federally Conducted Programs
Additionally, the Federal Government is held to the principles of nondiscrimination in its Federally conducted programs as apply to federally assisted programs or activities, under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Executive Orders below:
- Executive Order 13160
Prohibits discrimination on basis of race, sex, color national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, and status as a parent in Treasury conducted education and training programs.
- Executive Order 13166
"Improving Access to Services for Persons with Limited English Proficiency"
