Notice

FMCSA is transitioning all login processes to a Single Sign-On through the FMCSA Portal. All users who need to login to the Information System Web site will soon be required to use a Portal account.

During the transition:

FMCSA and State Enforcement users may login to the Informations Systems Web site  using the FMCSA Portal or the User Authentication System (UAS). In the future ALL users will be required to use the FMCSA Portal in order to login to the Information Systems Web site.

FMCSA Systems Release Notice April 26, 2009 
Updates to the FMCSA Central Applications (L&I, MCMIS, Query Central, and SAFER)released on April 26, 2009.

CaseRite 3.9.2 Release 
Please be sure to download the new update. The following change was implemented in CaseRite version 3.9.2:

At the request of the Office of Enforcement, the Notice of Claim has been modified so that case numbers print within the History of Prior Violations paragraph and before the new Section 222 paragraph.

This new update is mandatory for all CaseRite users, regardless of whether they have updated the application recently or not.

FMCSA Systems Release Notice February 28 and March 1, 2009  
Updates to the FMCSA Central Applications (EMIS, L&I, MCMIS, and SAFER) released on February 28, 2009. Updates to the FMCSA Field Applications (CAPRI and CaseRite) were released on March 1, 2009.

Updates to MCMIS, EMIS, L&I, SAFER, CAPRI and CaseRite are scheduled for release 
Please note that updates to MCMIS, EMIS, L&I, and SAFER are scheduled to be released on February 28. Updates to CAPRI and CaseRite are scheduled to be released on March 1.

FMCSA Information Systems Release Notice Scheduled for Release February 9, 2009  
Enhancements to the FMCSA Portal, MCMIS, and SAFER are scheduled to be released on February 9, 2009. Between 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2009 until 6 a.m. on Monday, February 9, 2009, users will be unable to access the Portal. Users of MCMIS, L&I, and DataQs can access those systems via the original links during that time. EMIS, however, will not be available at all. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
