Contractors and subcontractors must apply the following Wage Determinations to any non-professional employee(s) who are performing services under SINs 520-4 and 520-5 (loan servicing only) and meet the parameters of the Service Contract Act. The wage determinations are listed by labor category and county where the work will be performed.
