File Transfer Protocol
File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is an innovative way for customers to report mileages electronically with a click of a mouse. The FTP Reference Guide provides detailed instructions of what's necessary to formulate and setup the FTP template.
The only requirement is that a fleet must contain at least 100 vehicles. Using the FTP software that GSA will provide, mileage reporting is fast and easy. Once the necessary template is created, mileages for hundreds of vehicles can be submitted to GSA.
