This position is responsible for oversight of the operations and maintenance departments, including management of major capital projects, administration of the paratransit service contract, and the procurement of vehicles and equipment.  The selected candidate will also have oversight over personnel issues and labor relations.  This second-in-command position will assume responsibility for the Authority in the absence of the General Manager.
