Circumpolar Women's Health Workgroup e-mail listserve

The ak-intl program is intended to facilitate communications among members of the Women's Health Workgroup. The workgroup is one of many established within the framework of the International Union of Circumpolar Health to focus attention on specific groups or health problems.

This group focuses on assisting the Union in ensuring that research on women's health issues and problems in the Arctic is supported, that women from all circumpolar nations are encouraged to assume leadership roles within the Union, and that both research done by women and the findings of research specific to women's health are well represented at future Congresses and within Union publications. This list server welcomes participation by all individuals interested in furthering these goals with the circumpolar nations.

How to join: There is no charge to belong to this list. Send an e-mail to list.manager@list.state.ak.us as directed in the steps below:

  1. You can leave the Subject line of your message blank.
  2. The body of the message should consist only of the following phrase, substituting your first and last names as appropriate: subscribe ak-intl
  3. You don't need to include your e-mail address. The server will pick up the address automatically from the headers in your message.

OR: visit the list's Web subscription page, enter your e-mail address, and click the Submit button.
