GSA SmartPay® 2 State Tax Exemption Letter - Tax Offerings Form
Agencies can access copies of all responses received from the states and commonwealths regarding exemption of the government traveler from state and local taxes when they are conducting official business. Some states/commonwealths are still formulating their policies and their responses will be posted upon receipt.
