Mr. Bill Sisk, Acting PBS Regional Commissioner

In July 2008 Mr. William Sisk was named as the Acting Assistant Regional Commissioner for the Public Buildings Service (PBS) for the Southeast Sunbelt Region.

Previously, Mr. Sisk has served as the Assistant Regional Administrator for the Federal Acquisition Service (ARA-FAS) since July 2007. Mr. Sisk acted as the Assistant Regional Administrator for the Federal Supply Service (ARA-FSS), for one year prior to his selection as the permanent ARA in January 2003. He was designated as the Acting Deputy ARA-FAS in October 2005 and as the Acting ARA-FAS in May 2006.

Mr. Sisk began his GSA career as an intern in the Southeast Sunbelt Region in 1990, and has rapidly moved upward through positions with greater responsibility in FSS. During his career he has served as the Regional Budget Officer, a Marketing Team Leader, the Deputy Director and Director, Southeast Distribution Center (SEDC), and as the Deputy ARA-FSS. He graduated from the Citadel in 1989 with a bachelor's of science in business administration.
