Local Telecommunications

Telecommunications services under WITS 3 provides a wide array of local telecommunications services. WITS2001 customers using Verizon must transition to a new contract before January 23, 2010. WITS2001 customers using Qwest can continue to order additional existing services and new services with no restrictions until May 12, 2010 under the Qwest MAA Crossover contract (GS00T02AHD004). Local services will expand as WITS2001 customers transition to WITS 3 service providers, Verizon and Level (3), and new long distance services will continue to be available through the NETWORX contract.
