Washington, DC - Visit http://www.FirstGov.gov for "America Responds to Terrorism," for an up-to-date and comprehensive collection of Federal and State information and resources on the Internet.

FirstGov is the official U.S. Government Internet portal that links citizens to the magnitude of government information, services and online transactions. The site also offers a powerful search engine that searches U.S. government documents in a quarter of a second or less.

To help you navigate the wealth of information, when you click on "America Responds to Terrorism," you will find several categories of information and links -- anything from how to protect your family to how children can make donations for the Afghan children to the latest news from the White House.

From there, if you click on "Protect Your Self and Your Country" you can learn about anthrax and bioterrorism and what to do if you receive a suspicious package or letter. You can review FBI warnings and find out how to report leads, clues, scams, fraud, and civil rights violations. The site also has links to emergency telephone numbers and hotline numbers for federal and state agencies.

Click on "Travel" for updates from the Federal Aviation Administration for domestic travel, latest security measures, real-time airport status, international travel information from the Department of State, and more.
