Filing an ADA Employment Discrimination Charge: Making It Work for You
The author, Kathryn Moss, would especially like to acknowledge her colleagues Scott Burris, Matthew Johnsen, and Michael Ullman, who work together with her on an ongoing study of the ADA employment discrimination enforcement process. She is also grateful to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for setting up an Intergovernmental Personnel Act arrangement which allowed her to have access to its data under strict confidentiality provisions. She also thanks Risa Fox, Carole Schauer, Paolo del Vecchio, Iris Hyman, and Teddi Fine of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for their assistance with the guidebook. As usual, she is most indebted to Robert Merriam for his invaluable editorial assistance and support.
Funding was provided by the Center for Mental Health Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (SAMHSA).
