ONCOLOGY SERVICES CORPORATION,
Respondent
CASE NO.: 94-ERA-41
ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO STAY
The parties to the above captioned proceeding are hereby notified that
Administrative Law Judge Lawrence Brenner has left this office and transferred to another
federal agency. As such, this matter will be assigned to a new administrative law judge in the
near future.
The parties to this case have, by Motion dated January 16, 1995, requested

pursue criminal indictments against the Complainant for providing alleged false testimony to a
Grand Jury and to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Upon consideration of the Joint Motion for Stay of Party Discovery filed in
this matter, it is:
ORDERED that party discovery, i.e., discovery requests by one party to
the other party, in this proceeding is stayed pending further order; and it is

assigned to an administrative law judge.
