How To Do Business with CFMH

This information was developed to help potential vendors understand the process for getting a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract with the Center for Facilities Maintenance and Hardware (CFMH). The documents provide background information on GSA's buying program, the 51V MAS, and an easy-to-follow, step-by-step procedure for applying for a GSA contract.

Schedule 51V covers the following products:

  • Commercial Coatings, Adhesives, and Sealants
  • Hardware Store Products via a Catalog or Right Out of the Hardware Store
  • Machinery and Equipment Rental and Lease
  • Industrial Quality Hand Tools
  • Lawn and Garden Equipment
  • Office and Household Appliances
  • Woodworking and Metalworking Equipment and Machinery

To view the products and services under each Schedule, please visit GSA eLibrary for a complete listing of offerings on 51V MAS.

Vendors applying Schedule 51V are encouraged to complete Pathway to Success, an education seminar designed to assist prospective Schedule contractors in making an informed business decision as to whether obtaining a GSA Schedule contract is in their best interests. The Pathways to Success is located under the Vendor Training Tab, on the Vendor Support Center (VSC) website, http://vsc.gsa.gov/. The VSC is the national clearing house for information directly associated with a MAS contract.
