FPDS and the Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation (FPDS-NG) is the system used to report and monitor PBA performance. For FPDS-NG purposes, a minimum of 80% of the anticipated obligations under the procurement action must meet the PBA requirement established in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

For FY 02 through FY 03, the FPDS Ado reporting system can be used to monitor regional and agency wide PBC performance for a specific period of time. This report can be accessed from the external link.

For FY 04 and forward, FPDS-NG will be the system used to monitor agency-wide and regional performance for any time period. The reports should be available in May/June 2004. To query the system or report data, access the FPDS-NG external link.
