Professional Highlights
•    Represented FHWA as the on-site Project Engineer on various construction projects including a single-span bridge installation, stabilization of a sawdust fill, and large rock excavation in conjunction with roadway realignment.

•    Completed FHWA Professional Development Program, with a focus in Hydraulics, in August 2002.

•    Completed doctoral dissertation entitled, A Post-Construction Management Approach for Stream Enhancement Projects.

•    Taught Fluid Mechanics to undergraduate students while a doctoral candidate at Penn State.

•    Serving on review panel for the development of National Highway Institute Course 142048A, Mitigating Road Impacts on Stream Ecosystems.

•    Serving as Contracting Officers Technical Representative on FHWA initiative entitled, Development of Guidelines and Specifications for Using Culvert Pipe Liners.

•    Coordinating with other FHWA offices on organization and content of the FHWA Hydraulics Engineering website.
