Please join us for the Justice Rising Breakfast on Thursday, June 25th from 8:00am to 9:00am. This free breakfast will help you learn about the "And Justice for All" organization's efforts to increase access to justice and legal services for low income individuals and people with disabilities.

This event is a great opportunity to reconnect with friends and colleagues and support our work. Our goal for this event is to fill 10 tables of 10 people. We are currently 2 tables short of this goal. We need your help, so sign up today.

Respite Care Assistance legislation signed into law!

On Thursday, April 30, Governor Huntsman signed H.B. 240 into law, establishing a fund to receive donations and grants to help families of people with disabilities pay for temporary caregivers.

Congratulations to the DLC Legislative team for their outstanding efforts in getting this passed!



HUD Moves Fair Housing to Facebook, You Tube

The Department of Housing and Urban Development is taking the fight for Fair Housing to Facebook and YouTube.

The federal agency has posted a video on YouTube, in Spanish, explaining housing rights to Hispanics. Spanish-language instructions also appear on Facebook advising consumers what to do if they feel they have been discriminated against. click here to check out the Youtube page and here for the Facebook page.

2008 Needs Assessment
