Training Cancellation Policy
Classroom training:
Substitutions are allowed up to the start date of the course. If the agency representative cancels registration more than two weeks in advance, GSA will refund the tuition payment. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice will be charged a fee accordingly:
- Courses costing over $800, a fee of $325 will be assessed.
- Courses costing over $500, a fee of $225 will be assessed.
- Courses costing over $300, a fee of $125 will be assessed.
The GSA Professional Development and Training Section reserve the right to cancel any session with insufficient enrollment.
We strongly suggest that you do not make nonrefundable airline reservations without a course confirmation letter. You may also take advantage of the City Pair Program (CPP) airfares which have no change fees and are refundable.
For web based online training:
There are no refunds after your have submitted the registration form and payment has been processed.
