Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and USAID Administrator Andrew S. Natsios Unveil "Rebuilding Hope" Photo Exhibit on International Women's Day

Washington, DC- U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Administrator Andrew S. Natsios and Deputy Administrator Frederick Schieck will welcome U.S. Secretary of State Dr. Condoleezza Rice and Under Secretary Paula Dobriansky to the "Rebuilding Hope" photograph exhibit at the Ronald Reagan Building in honor of International Women's Day. The "Rebuilding Hope" exhibit highlights women and girls rebuilding in the aftermath of the tsunami in Indonesia and Sri Lanka; re-entering education and leadership in Iraq; and voting, working and going back to school in Afghanistan.
