BLM Alaska: NPR-A Record Title Interest Updates

Anadarko Petroleum Corporation assigned 16.66% of their 50% ownership (33.34% retained) to BG Alaska E&P, Inc. on the following 13 NPR-A (2008) leases: AA-090685, AA-090690, AA_090719, AA-090722, AA-090724, AA-090725, AA-090726, AA-090727, AA-090729, AA-090730, AA-090731, AA-090732, and AA-090733.

FEX L.P., C/O Talisman Energy Inc., assigned 40% of their 100% (retaining 60%) NPR-A leases to Petro-Canada (Alaska), Inc. on the following ten (2008) leases: AA-090734, AA-090735, AA-090736, AA-090737, AA-090738, AA-090739, AA-090740, AA-090741, AA-090751, and AA-090752.

Effective April 5, 2008

Pursuant to 43 Code of Federal Regulations 3136.1, and section 11 of the lease document, the partial relinquishment of National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska oil and gas leases listed below are hereby accepted effective April 18, 2008.

Effective date, February 1, 2007 , PCAI assigned 50% of their 100% Record Title Interest (RTI) to FEX LP to the following 2004 leases: AA-085497, AA-085499, AA-085500, AA-085501, AA-085502, AA-085506, AA-085507, AA-085508, AA-085509, AA-085511, AA-085512, AA-085513, AA-085514, AA-085516, AA-085526, AA-085527, AA-085528, AA-085529, AA-085530, AA-085531, AA-85532, AA-085546, AND AA-085572. OF THEIR 55%, PCAI ASSIGNED TO FEX LP 25% (post assignment %s =PCAI 30%RTI and FEX 70% RTI) on leases: AA-085504, AA-085517, AA-085573, and AA-085576.

March 8, 2007 : with100% land title interest, FEX L.P. assigned an undivided 50% Record Title Interest (RTI) to PCAI on the following 2002 tracts: 2002-L-156, 193, 194, 195, 197, 199, 210, 211, and 214; and also assigned an undivided 50% RTI to PCAI on these following 2004 tracts: 2004-358, 358a, 383, 385, 386, 387, 388, 390, 391, 392, 393, 394, and D-22; and an undivided 40% interest to PCAI on other 2004 tracts: 2004-270 and 289; and also assigned an undivided 20% interest to PCAI on the following 2004 tracts: 2004-287, 288, 309, and 310. Total assignments/tracts: 28. FEX LP remains the primary lease owner of the 28 assignments.

April 1, 2007 : Craig/Zamarello assigned 100% Record Title Interest (RTI) of lease AA-084141 to Renaissance AK, LLC.

October 10, 2006 : Added 9/27/2006 Lease Sale Results.

June, 2006 : Anadarko assigned BG Alaska E&P, Inc. 33.33% of Record Title Interest (RTI) on four (4) leases: AA-081740, AA-081741, AA-085455, AA-085456.

April 20, 2006 : FEX.L.P. conveyed 30% of their 100% Record Title Interest (RTI) to CPAI on the following three leases; AA-085491, AA-085503 and AA:085574.

April 18, 2006 : Added Bid Highs and Averages for 99,02 and 04 Sales totals.

March 31, 2006 : PCAI assigned 45% of PCAI's 100% Record Title Interest (RTI) to: FEX LP while maintaining 55% ownership on the 4 (four) 2004 lease numbers: AA-085576, AA-085573, AA-085517, and AA-085504.

October 15, 2005 : TE&P relinquished two leases:AA-084146 (2002-L-135) and AA-084148 (2002-L-137) and AA-084153 was assigned to FEX L.P. 100%

August 11, 2005 : Anadarko conveyed 33.33% of lease Record Title Interest (RTI) to Petro Canada (Alaska) Inc. for: AA-85456, AA-85455, AA081741, and AA-081740.

May 12, 2005 : Fortuna Exploration LLC name change recognized (and changed), to: FEX LP and Record Title Interest (RTI) transferred 100% of ownership from Total E&P USA, Inc. to FEX L.C.on eight (8)--2002 leases.
