Elizabeth Kelley, Director, Office of Management Services

Elizabeth I. Kelley was named Director of GSA’s Office of Management Services effective May 27, 2008.  The new organization consolidates agency wide administrative responsibilities in addition to operations and contracting for GSA’s Central Office in Washington, DC.

Ms. Kelley joins GSA with 28 years of federal government service in variety of management role.  She began her federal career with the Department of the Army as a Visual Information Specialist, later she joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Building Management Specialist, served the Internal Revenue Service where she spent the past 21 years in a variety of management and program manager positions. Most recently she served as a key member of the building consolidation team for the relocation of IRS headquarters personnel to the New Carrollton Federal Building. She also served as an Intelligence Specialist with the U.S. Navy Reserves.

Ms. Kelley earned a bachelor of science degree in education from Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
