This workshop will be conducted by staff of the Division of Higher Education Incentive Programs, Office of Postsecondary Education, U.S. Department of Education. The workshop will cover program regulations and guidelines governing applications, allowable costs and activities, as well as information on project accountability. The workshop will also offer suggestions for preparing highly successful applications. The session will be especially helpful for first-time applicants and previous applicants who were unsuccessful. Dates: November 1, 1995. Time: 9:00 a.m.--5:00 p.m. Place: The Grand Hotel, 2350 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., Telephone: (202) 429-0100. Application Deadlines: The application deadline for the Minority Science Improvement Program is December 8, 1995.
