The National Drug-Free Workplace Alliance, a division of the Drug Free America Foundation, has launched online substance abuse prevention training for supervisors, employees and parents.  Available on desktop, the training is self-paced, flexible and free of charge.  Modules are available for DOT supervisors and their employees and fulfill the DOT two-hour training requirement.  A certificate of completion is granted upon finishing the course and passing the course test.

The Drug Free America Foundation is a Small Business Administration grantee and has developed this training in partnership with St. Petersburg College.  For information or to register, please contact Karen Belanger, Program Manager for the National Drug Free Workplace Alliance, at 727-471-0009 or email her at kbelanger@dfaf.org.

Along with additional training, educational and parenting resources available from the Department of Labor’s Working Partners for an Alcohol- and Drug-Free Workplace, these trainings can help guide supervisors, employees and parents to produce and maintain drug-free workplace policies and programs.
