Emissions Markets and Trading
EPA's Clean Air Markets program manages various market-based regulatory programs designed to improve air quality by reducing outdoor concentrations of fine particles, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and mercury. This Web site provides the information and tools that are necessary to participate in any of these market-based programs. The site offers related links and resources on emissions trading.

The Global Energy Technology Strategy Program
