Filing a complaint against recipients of DOL financial assistance

If you believe you have been discriminated against by a recipeint of financial assistance from the Department of Labor, you may file a complaint, either with the recipient or with the Civil Rights Center (CRC), using the Complaint Information Form (CIF) below:

Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the date of the alleged discrimination, unless the time for filing is extended by the Director for good cause shown.
