Human Resources and Equal Employment Opportunity; Schedule 738XGSA Schedule 738X is now offering Pre-Employment Services, and new expanded services for counseling and Social Services, and background investigations! Customers can find out more about these expanded services by viewing the attached publications below. Federal agencies can purchase services on this Schedule from GSA Advantage!®, GSA's online transactional website, or research Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) for additional information. Services added to Schedule 738X: SIN 595-22, includes core HR services for personnel action processing, and benefits management at a minimum. SIN 595-26, includes non-core HR services that comprise of HR strategy, organization, and position management. Under this SIN customers can buy services that include support in staff acquisition, resource development, separation management, and more. SIN 595-27, includes services for Pre-employment Background Investigations and screening for persons seeking federal government employment. Services under this Special Item Number (SIN) include full support in areas such as salary histories, credit history checks, and education verification. SIN 595-28, Social Services, was created in an effort to forecast, and anticipate the needs of GSA customers. Under this SIN customers can purchase a comprehensive range of support services, which include medical, advocacy, and emergency relief service support. Agencies can continue to purchase planning services in support of forecasting future demand, and supply of employees. Services include recruitment, and internal placement. Additionally, Human Resources (HR) specific training that enhances skills necessary to support the development, and coordination of employees are also available. Training can be purchased as distance learning, or as off the shelf modules. This Schedule also offers EEO Solutions for investigation and resolution of discrimination complaints, report preparations for Final Agency Decisions (FAD), and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services for any aspect of HR. Customers can also purchase Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) training which assists federal managers in development and implementation of HR and EEO policy.
