CAF regimen
A chemotherapy regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hdrochloride (Adriamycin), and fluorouracil, which may be used in the adjuvant setting for the treatment of nonmetastatic breast cancer or alone for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer.
